Occupied territories of Azerbaijan must be liberated - Cavusoglu
Baku/06.10.20/Turan: Military action in Karabakh was the topic of the meeting of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Tuesday.
“Recent days have shown the whole world that Azerbaijan is not alone. It inspires us. I have always said that Turkey plays a stabilizing role in the region. The current situation has shown once again that Turkey has a weighty say in the region and in the world. The brotherhood of Turkey and Azerbaijan is becoming the main condition for ensuring peace in the region,” Aliyev said.
In turn, Cavusoglu stressed that he had arrived to show once again the whole world Turkey's support for fraternal Azerbaijan.
“Today Azerbaijan is fighting for the liberation of its lands and is capable of this, having strength and potential. Of course, Turkey is always ready to provide all kinds of support to Azerbaijan, in any area. Our President Erdogan talks about this on all platforms. It is our duty to inform the world about the just struggle of the Azerbaijani people,” Cavusoglu said.
“The occupied territories of Azerbaijan must be liberated. Azerbaijan is right from both legal and moral points of view," he concluded. -06D-
