Pashinyan and Blinken called for de-escalation of the situation in the former Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan
Baku/19.09.23/Turan:Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan engaged in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, addressing the ongoing conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. The exchange of views was reported by the press service of the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers.
In their discussion, Prime Minister Pashinyan and Secretary Blinken jointly underscored the imperative nature of refraining from the use of force and emphasized the importance of employing international de-escalation mechanisms to address the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
