In morning of September 13, hostilities on border continue
Baku/13.09.22/Turan: The Armenian Defense Ministry reports that as of 8 a.m. the fighting on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is still ongoing. Azerbaijan is shelling Armenian military and civilian positions in the direction of Goris, Kafan, Jermuk and other settlements with artillery and drones. There are positional battles in some sections of the border. No casualties are reported.
According to the Armenian side, the Azerbaijanis moved forward in some parts of the border.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry does not report on cessation of hostilities and casualties. In the morning of September 13, military attachés of foreign embassies were invited to the Defense Ministry and briefed on the situation on the border. -02D-

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
