Putin will go to Turkey, and Pashinyan probably
Baku/27.01.22/Turan: The visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Turkey is scheduled after the Winter Olympics in Beijing, announced on Thursday the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at a press conference in Ankara.
“The visit of the President of the Russian Federation in January is impossible due to the tight schedule of the Russian President. Prior to this visit, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Ukraine. I hope that negotiations with the Russian and Ukrainian sides will contribute to the reduction of tension,” Cavusoglu stressed. Cavusoglu also touched upon the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, saying that Ankara stands for dialogue with Armenia. He recalled that Ankara sent an invitation to participate in the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya to Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Special Representative for the Normalization of Relations with Turkey Ruben Rubinyan.
“The day before a possible visit of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to Antalya became known,” Cavusoglu said. -02D-
