Richard Morningstar to arrive in Baku
At the end of this week the new U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstran will arrive in Baku, Turan reported from Washington D.C., referring to a diplomatic source.
The same source said that yesterday Morningstar was received by the Deputy Secretary of State William Burns, who briefed the Ambassador about the priorities and expectations of the United States in Azerbaijan.
