Russia Deploys 32 Tanks, 16 Howitzers and 33 Kamaz Trucks with Ammunition and Manpower in Donbass
On November 6 Russia deployed a large number of armored vehicles, artillery, ammunition and manpower in Eastern Ukraine. About this the Speaker for the Information-Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Andrei Lysenko said at a briefing in Kiev today, UNIAN IA reported.
"From the territory of the Russian Federation does not stop the supply of military equipment and manpower to the Anti-Terrorism Operation (ATO) area. In particular, yesterday, from the territory of Russia in the direction of Krasny Luch and the Lugansk region the movement of military equipment was recorded, with 32 tanks, 16 howitzers D-30 and 30 Kamaz trucks with ammunition and manpower," he said.
Also, according to Lysenko, from the territory of the Russian Federation to Ukraine via the checkpoint Izvarino went a convoy of trucks, including three Kamaz vehicles with radars. Relocation of military technology and Russian mercenaries to the front lines continues. ATO forces are preparing for adequate actions in any scenario, he added.
Apparently, we are talking about the elite units of the Kantemirov division, which in the end of October was transferred to the Ukrainian border. In addition, on the border was transferred part of the Army Special Forces (GRU).
Note that military experts predict a resumption of heavy fighting in the near future. According to the Ukrainian intelligence, Russian troops are going to step on to Mariupol and Donbass. Earlier, the leaders of the pro-Russian separatists declared that they intend to capture the entire territory of Donbas and the Lugansk region, as well as open a land route to the Crimea. -02D-
