Russian military attacked an Indonesian cargo ship in the Black Sea
Baku/14.08.23/Turan: On August 13, a Russian warship fired warning shots in the Black Sea and boarded a cargo ship that was en route to Ukraine.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that the Russian ship "Vasily Bykov" fired warning shots when the captain of the cargo ship under the flag of Palau did not respond to the demand to stop for inspection.
A "Ka-29" helicopter with a group of Russian servicemen was sent to inspect the "Sukru Okkan" cargo ship. The check did not reveal the presence of weapons on the fight.
Earlier, Russia announced its withdrawal from the "Grain deal" and warned that it would inspect all vessels going to the ports of Ukraine.
This incident caused a wide response in the press, because it was believed that the ship "Sukra Okkan" belongs to Turkey and everyone expected a harsh reaction from Ankara. ---0---
