Rustam Ibragimbekov will return to Baku on July 31
On July 31, 2013 by midday Rustam Ibragimbekov, chairman of the National Council of Democratic Forces, will arrive in Baku by Tbilisi-Baku flight, sources from Europe, where Ibragimbekov is now, told Turan.
Sources from the National Council confirmed this information. Today Ibragimbekov will arrive in Brussels from Berlin, where he will hold meetings and then he will depart to Moscow. On July 30 he will arrive in Tbilisi and on July 31 he will depart to Baku.
Several weeks ago Ibragimbekov, the only candidate for the presidency from opposition, has spent in the US and Moscow to meet with the official and unofficial persons. The National Council's plans and political situation in Azerbaijan were the subject of talks.
This issue will be also discussed at the meetings in Europe.-0-
