Security Issues at Meeting between Bayramov, Shamhani
Baku / 10.12.20 / Turan: On Wednesday afternoon, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Admiral Ali Shamhani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, to discuss bilateral issues and the latest regional and international events, IRNA reports.
During the meeting, the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council expressed his satisfaction with the establishment of peace between the two countries - the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia and the return of the occupied territories to the mainland and wished success to the government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Shamhani said that Tehran-Baku relations should be raised to the highest possible level, adding that the completion of joint projects and the implementation of agreements between them and the beginning of new cooperation in various fields requires more serious efforts.
The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council expressed Iran's interest in participating in the reconstruction of war-torn and war-torn areas, taking into account its experience and technical and engineering capabilities.

Referring to the determination of the leaders of the two countries to develop and strengthen relations and cooperation between Tehran and Baku, he stated the readiness of the Republic of Azerbaijan to raise the level of relations in various fields.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, expressing condolences in connection with the martyrdom of the nuclear scientist of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shahid Fahrizadeh, strongly condemned this terrorist act, IRNA reported. —0—
