Bku/19.07.21/Turan: On July 19, an official meeting was held at the Central command post headed by Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov.

Analyzing the current situation on the liberated territories and across the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, Hasanov stressed that "Armenia is responsible for escalation of tensions." The Minister gave appropriate instructions to the commanding staff to prevent possible provocations of the Armenian armed forces.—06D-
