The authorities will take measures to eliminate the effects of the earthquake
Baku / 06.02.19 / Turan: The head of the Ministry for Emergency Situations (MES) Kemaladdin Heydarov, arrived to the earthquake zone, and said that the President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions to eliminate the effects of the earthquake.
According to him, residents of houses in emergency condition will be temporarily located in other places. The state will provide assistance for repair work, he said.
According to the Republican Seismological Center, since February 5, five earthquakes have been recorded in the country. The first shocks occurred at 23:19 not far from the village of Pirgulu with a strength of four points. At the epicenter, the force of shocks amounted to five points. The last shocks were recorded at 04:25 also near Pirgulu, but of lesser force. -02D-
