Baku/07.01.21/Turan: A single concept should be created for the restoration of all settlements in the liberated territories, stated the head of state Ilham Aliyev during a meeting on January 6. First, plans for the restoration of large settlements will be prepared. People returning there must be provided with all conditions, including sufficient land for agricultural work.
The head of the presidential administration, Samir Nuriyev, said that the Coordination Headquarters, created on November 24, 2020, is in charge of resolving restoration issues. As part of this structure, there are 16 working groups in various areas. The talk is about urban planning and restoration of monuments. Work is underway to rehabilitate infrastructure and supply power. In general, a Strategic Action Plan has been developed, which includes work on the restoration of settlements. Work has begun on the development of a master plan for the city of Shusha. All the results of the work will be presented to the head of state in the near future, Nuriyev noted. -02D-
