The court arrested Tofig Yagublu for 4 months
Baku/15.12.23/Turan: On Friday, the Narimanov District Court of Baku arrested Tofig Yagublu, a member of the “Musavat” party and the Coordinating National Council of Democratic Forces, for 4 months. The investigation motivated the petition by the fact that, while remaining at large, Yagublu "may hinder the investigation and escape," lawyer Neymat Kerimli told reporters.
The defense pointed out the unfounded nature of these allegations. The lawyer drew the court's attention to the fact that Yagublu is currently serving a suspended sentence and all this time he has been regularly observing the requirements of this punishment.
As for the charges, Yagublu allegedly promised some person to organize political emigration, and on December 8 they agreed on this. Already on the 11th, a criminal case was opened on charges of fraud. The lawyer expressed doubt that the investigation could have established this so quickly. Yagublu, in turn, rejected the accusation, linking the criminal case to his opposition activities.
*Tofig Yagublu was detained on December 14 as a suspect in “fraud”, “forgery of documents” and “use of false documents”. Yagublu had been repeatedly subjected to criminal and administrative arrests before, and was recognized as a "prisoner of conscience" in the case of the riots in Ismayilli.—21B06-

Понятно что на выборах в президенты мы не увидем нового президента в Азербайджане это просто формальность при таком правлении страной не будут измения тем более на верху власти чиновников министры депутатов да могут менять хоть каждый день но президент не изменится так можно и не проводить эти псевдовыборы...

Уважаемый Руслан. А,что есть другая реальная кандидатура ? Оппозиция у нас вся нафталином пропахла,и их правление народ тоже видел. Критиковать всегда легко,у нас каждый второй в политике гениус, но реальность совсем другая. Когда говорят о демократии ,почему то никто не задается вопросом а какая демократия и свобода слова например в Европе? Сегодня в европе вслух скажи свое мнение например о украинском кризисе и что-то не дай Бог в пользу России,так реально схлопочешь три года реального срока.Когда мы критикуем власть,никто не вспоминает о том сколько хорошего было сделано этой же властью. Как минимум хотя-бы взять то,что во времена оппозиции когда она была у власти они что возможно было все профукали,а эта власть как минимум взяла все вернула обратно. Да, у всех бывают ошибки, но надо понимать,что за всеми не уследишь и не все так легко как нам всем кажется на первый взгляд. Критиковать всегда легко а что-то строить и возрождать на это уходят десятилетия,и реальные изменения в лучшую сторону есть,это не видит только тот который просто не хочет принципиально это видеть. И еще,на сегодняшний день нет надобности фальсифицировать результаты голосов на выборах, реальный кандидат и реальный достойный президент это Ильхам Алиев. Каждый имеет право на свой взгляд,и это естественно ,что взгляды у многих не совпадают.
