The head of the OSCE: Armenia cannot change the format of Karabakh talks
Baku / 13.03.19 / Turan: The head of the OSCE, Miroslav Laichak, who is in Yerevan, confirmed that Armenia cannot arbitrarily change the format of negotiations on the Karabakh settlement.
"The government of Armenia should define the formats, but any possible change in the format of the negotiations should be acceptable to all parties. I am convinced that the Armenian government has the correct resolution in the existing format for the continuation of negotiations," said Laichak at a joint press conference with the Armenian Foreign Minister in Yerevan on Wednesday. -02D-
