The head of the OSCE will meet with members of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh (UPDATED)
During his visit to Baku the OSCE chairman, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Leonid Kozhara, will have talks with President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov.
In addition, meetings of Kozhara with representatives of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh and the leaders of political parties in Azerbaijan are planned, according to Rashad Huseynov, the spokesman for the OSCE Office in Baku.—16BC06--

OSCE Chairman, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara July 8 will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev told Turan.
During the visit Kozhara will hold meetings with officials.
Among the topics discussed they will focus on the basis of the Karabakh settlement. -16D-

On November 26, the Baku Court of Appeals heard a complaint regarding the extension of the detention of former diplomat Emin Ibrahimov. During the hearing, the investigator requested that the complaint be rejected, while Ibrahimov's lawyer, Aghil Laidj, pointed out the lack of grounds for keeping Ibrahimov in custody.
