The Karabakh forum called for rigidity in the negotiations

The leaders of the parties accused the Azerbaijani authorities of capitulating politics. "Without a change of power in Azerbaijan, the resolution of the Karabakh conflict is impossible. If we can not change the power, then we must make it start a war, "said the head of the KLO Akif Nagi.
Leader of the National Democratic Party, Iskender Hamidov, believes that the conflict can be resolved by military-political means. "This is a war that Russia is conducting through Armenia against Azerbaijan. Therefore, Azerbaijan should be united in the struggle for the settlement of the conflict, as during the national liberation movement, "said the leader of the Free Democratic Party, Sulhaddin Akper.

"We regard this diplomatic failure after the victorious operations of our army in April 2016, achieved at the cost of the victims, as a crime," the document says. The Karabakh forum demanded that the authorities remove corrupt officials from the government, respect human rights, social justice and guarantee freedom of the press.
