On May 20 there was a meeting of deputy foreign ministers of Russia, Grigory Karasin, and Azerbaijan, Khalaf Khalafov, in Moscow.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the meeting discussed issues of bilateral relations and a number of international issues. Khalafov left for Moscow to discuss the Caspian problems.-02D-
