Baku/29.04.23/Turan: From 21:00 on April 28 to 11:10 on April 29, Azerbaijani security forces "blocked" the movement of cars of Russian peacekeeping forces near the city of Shusha, Karabakh separatists claim.
According to their information, after the negotiations, the movement of peacekeepers' vehicles was allowed only today.
The official authorities have not yet commented on these allegations.
