Ilham Aliyev: Turkey is the guarantor of peace and stability in the region
Baku/29.04.23/Turan:On Saturday, the Presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan – Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the TEKNOFEST-2023 festival at the Ataturk Airport in Istanbul. Addressing the participants of the festival, Aliyev called Turkey "the guarantor of peace and stability in the region," Anadolu agency reports.
The Azerbaijani President stressed that his country will never forget about the support of Turkey and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan personally during the war that marked the liberation of the territories occupied by Armenia. “Erdogan's position gave strength to our people,” Aliyev stressed.
The politician recalled that two years ago a Declaration was signed that brought the relations of our countries to the level of alliance. The signing of this document in the city of Shusha, the "crown" of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, gave special significance to this document, the president stated.

"The "Kızıl Elma" unmanned aircraft is in the sky, the "Altay" tank and the "Togg" electric car are at the festival site, and the "Anadolu" vessel is at sea. This is today's Turkey!", said Aliyev.
The President of Azerbaijan announced the imminent establishment of the Bayraktar Technical Center in the country.
The TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival has been held annually since 2018 by the joint efforts of the T3 Foundation and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Turkey. --06B--
