The special quarantine regime will be extended until August 1
Baku/26.05.21/Turan: The special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan has been extended until August 1, the decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov. The movement of land transport for intercity and interdistrict passenger traffic is being restored.
According to the decision, on May 31 at six o'clock in the morning, bans in this area will be removed. In addition, the activities of children's and other entertainment centers, cinemas at large shopping centers will not be allowed.
However, the activity of places of religious worship is resumed (no more than 50 percent of places intended for simultaneous worship - a total of 50 people.)
A limited number of fans are allowed to participate in four games of the 2021 European Football Championship to be held in Baku.
Until June 28, public transport will be suspended at the end of the week.
The first case of coronavirus infection in Azerbaijan was detected on February 28, 2020.
The special quarantine regime announced on the territory of the country will last until June 1.
According to the decision of the operational headquarters, since May 31, the wearing of masks in the open air has been canceled in Azerbaijan. The activity of the Baku Metro, intercity and interdistrict passenger transportation has been resumed.
But on weekends and holidays, public transport will be suspended throughout the country.
From June 10, the activities of shopping centers and large shopping centers, sports facilities, places of worship will be allowed. Also, the beaches will be open from June 10. COVID passport will be introduced in Azerbaijan. -16d-
