Baku/27.01.23/Turan: In connection with the terrorist act committed on January 27 against the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran, the State Security Service of Azerbaijan launched a criminal case under the Articles: 12.2, 120.2.1, 12.2, 120.2.4, 12.2, 120.2.11, 12.2, 29, 120.2.7, (deliberate murder abroad, committed by a group of persons, special cruelty, etc.) , 12.3, 214.2.1, 12.3, 214.2.3 (terrorism committed abroad) and 12.2, 228.2.1 (illicit arms trafficking abroad).
To resolve the necessary issues related to the investigations, appeals were sent to the relevant institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
A full and thorough investigation will be carried out in relation to those who committed a terrorist act against the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, additional information will be provided to the public, the report said. ---16В---
