There are about 5,000 Armenians at peacekeepers' base in Khojaly
Baku/21.09.23/Turan: The Russian Defence Ministry has presented footage of assistance to the residents of Karabakh who have arrived at the peacekeepers' base in Khojaly.
About 5,000 people have been delivered there. All evacuees are provided with places for rest and hot meals. Military medics are providing qualified medical assistance to civilians, the Russian Defence Ministry reports.
Recall that several hundred more people are at the airport of Khojaly in the hope of evacuation to Armenia.

On January 22, lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova visited journalist Farid Ismayilov at the Baku Detention Center No. 1, who was arrested on January 17 in connection with the Toplum TV case. Ismayilov had been brought in for questioning back in March 2024 and placed under police supervision.
