Turkey's head of general staff intelligence in Baku
Baku/12.04.22/Turan: On April 12, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov received head of intelligence of the Turkish General Staff, Corps, General Rafet Dalkiran.
During the meeting, Hasanov spoke about reforms in the Azerbaijani army to bring it in line with the standards of the Turkish armed forces.
The sides exchanged views on prospects of the development of Azerbaijani-Turkish military cooperation as well as other issues of mutual interest, military press service reported.--06B-

The Azerbaijani parliament has approved the formation of new municipalities through the consolidation of existing ones, aiming to enhance administrative efficiency and local governance. The move, based on amendments to the law on "Joint Activities, Mergers, Separation, and Dissolution of Municipalities," was sanctioned under Article 95 of the Constitution.
