U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Comes for Long

Such policy statements were made ??at a press conference by the new U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, James Warlick, in Baku.
"It is high time to put an end to the suffering and hatred between the parties that have lasted for more than 20 years of the conflict.
It's time to resolve the conflict on the basis of the principles of the Helsinki Final Act.
We must work together with the OSCE Minsk Group and its Co-Chairs, Azerbaijan and Armenia, and other interested countries in the region to achieve sustainable peace and stability.
To do this, both sides are required political will and bold steps to mutual compromises.
We look forward to continuing to work with the other co-chairs. It requires a joint search for ways to achieve sustainable peace," said the diplomat.
When asked by Turan, whether Warlick recognizes the occupation of Azerbaijani territories, he said that at the present time, his purpose is to listen to all the sides to obtain the information.
Warlick will return to the United States at the end of the week, and on the way he will meet with the Secretary General of the OSCE in Vienna.
As part of the UN General Assembly, Warlick will meet with the other co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Warlick also said that he will be the first American co-chair, who will be engaged in the conflict for a long time.
" Secretary of State, John Kerry, appointing me, said it was time to achieve sustainable peace in the region," said Warlick.
At the end of his visit to Baku, he will visit Yerevan and Khankendi. -03C06-

However, the police response stated that the video footage had not been preserved.
