161 new cases of COVID-19 infection detected in Azerbaijan
Baku / 05.09.20 / Turan: 161 new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Azerbaijan, 155 people recovered, two died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on Saturday.
In total, 37 192 were infected in the country, including 34 565 recovered, 543 died, 2082 active patients are being treated.
During the day, 7179 tests were carried out to detect infection with coronavirus infection, and in general, since the beginning of the pandemic - 956 492.-0-

The police conducted a large-scale operation against a group that organized online gambling in the Azerbaijani segment of social media. Specifically, officers from the Cybercrime Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs discovered pages on Instagram where Azerbaijani citizens were being lured into participating in online gambling.
