17.6 kg of drugs seized at Iran-Azerbaijan border
Baku/11.09.23/Turan: Drug smuggling from Iran with a total weight of 17.6 kg has been stopped on the territory of the border detachments "Gatapa" and "Lankaran".
According to the State Border Service, on September 8 and 9, border guards found hidden packages of drugs from Iran in the Astara and Imishli regions. In the first case, it was 430 grams of opium and 540 grams of heroin.
In the second – 16.7 kg of marijuana. Operational investigative measures are being carried out on both facts. --0--
