3 310 new cases of COVID-19 infection per day
Baku/05.09.21/Turan: Over the past day, 3 310 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, 2 972 people have recovered, 42 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on September 5.
The total number of infected people since the beginning of the pandemic was 442,872, including 383,682 recovered, 5,842 died, treatment of 53,348 active patients continues.
Over the past day, 15,614 tests for coronavirus have been carried out.
Also, 60,977 doses of coronavirus vaccines were administered per day.
At the same time, 29,223 people were vaccinated with the first dose, 31,754 - with the second.
The total number of vaccines used was 7,235,274.
The first dose was received by 4 358 794 people, two doses - 2 876 480 .--- 06B-
