3,614 new cases of COVID-19 infection
Baku/19.08.21/Turan: In Azerbaijan, over the past day, 3,614 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified, while 1,114 patients recovered, and 23 died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on August 19.
The total number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic was 380 918, including 342 256 recovered, 5 231 died, treatment of 33 431 active patients continues.
Over the past day, 15 786 tests for coronavirus have been carried out.
Also, 58,282 doses of vaccines against COVID-19 were made per day, the first dose - 47,690 people, and 10,592 - the second.
The total number of vaccines used was 5,991,016; of which 3,574,157 people received the first dose and 2,416,859 – the both. –06D-
