Baku/16.07.20/Turan: Over the past day, 493 new cases of coronavirus infected have been identified in Azerbaijan. During the same period, 561 people were recovered, and eight people died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on July 16.
The total number of infected in the country was 26 165 cases, 17 256 recovered, and 334 people died.
Today, 8,575 people are treated in hospitals. Over the past day, 8,722 were carried out, and a total of 601,500 tests. -02D-

On Saturday, May 4, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, sometimes cloudy. In some places, short-term precipitation is possible at night, and a moderate north wind will prevail.
