50 Thousand People Vaccinated in Azerbaijan
Baku/28.01.21/Turan: To date, 50 thousand people have been vaccinated from COVID-19. This was reported in the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan.
Most of the vaccinated are health workers.
In Azerbaijan, vaccination against coronavirus infection began on January 18.
At the first stage, vaccination was offered to health workers, persons over 65 years of age, and law enforcement officers involved in anti-epidemic measures.
Azerbaijan has purchased 4 million doses of vaccines produced by the Chinese company Sinovac.
