Baku/22.11.22/Turan: Over the past 24 hours, 58 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 32 people have recovered, 2 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on November 22.
To date, there are 273 active patients with coronavirus in the country.

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. According to the Azerbaijan Border Service, this prevented an attempt to smuggle into Azerbaijan 11.3 kg of marijuana, 5.1 kg of opium, and 1,990 methadone M-40 pills from Iran.
