630 new cases of coronavirus infection
Baku/08.01.22/Turan: Over the past day, 630 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 521 patients have recovered.
As reported in the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 6 people died from coronavirus in a day.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 620 679 cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, 605 058 people have recovered, 8 437 have died, the number of active patients is 7 184.
Over the past day, 11,262 tests for COVID-19 have been carried out in the country.
Also, over the past day, 32,306 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 3,188, with the second - 3,869, with a booster dose - 25,249.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 11,471,597, of which 5,181,783 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,692,515 people received the second dose, and 1,597,299 people received a booster dose.-0-
