Baku/26.04.21/Turan: Over the past day, 806 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, 1224 patients have recovered, 31 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on April 26.
A total of 313,812 cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Azerbaijan, including
280,403 people recovered, 4402 died, 29,007 active patients continue their treatment.
In total, 5732 tests for coronavirus were carried out in the last 24 hours. -06D-

This month, cases of illegal surgical operations conducted by unqualified doctors were uncovered at the private Laser Beauty Clinic in Baku. The findings were reported by the Center for Analytical Expertise (CAE) of the Ministry of Health, which inspected the clinic following citizen complaints.

Military expert and regular on state television channels, Adalat Verdiyev, has been accused of a serious crime—disclosure of military secrets. According to the charge (Article 308 of the Criminal Code), if the accused can prove the disclosure was unintentional, they may face 3 to 7 years in prison.
