A fire was extinguished in a mountainous area in Oguz
Baku/18.08.21/Turan: The fire that broke out on August 17 in a mountainous area with rugged relief near the village of Khachmaz, Oguz region has been extinguished, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan reported today.
It should be added that as a result of the fire, dry grass, shrubs and dried tree stumps on an area of 1 hectare were burned.
Also, the fire was extinguished by fire protection units of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, employees of the forestry center of the Ministry of Ecology and local residents. It should be added that the surrounding areas are protected against fire.
In turn, the Ministry of Ecology reported on fire extinguishing on the territory of the Turianchay state reserve in the west of the country. To ensure control over the territory, duty services are organized to quickly extinguish possible fires. –06D-
