A group of eco-activists held a protest in front of the Ministry of Ecology
Baku/07.06.21/Turan: On July 6, a group of eco-activists held a rally in front of the building of the Ministry of Ecology, protesting against the destruction of forests. They demanded a meeting with the minister, but they were promised an online meeting with the minister, the message of the NGO "Ecofront".
The organization's Facebook page says that in recent years, A project called "Agrosad" which contributes to the destruction of forests has been carried out, the organization's Facebook page.
In particular, EcoFront calls for the “Beta Tea” Company to abandon the implementation of the project to establish tea plantations on an area of 43 hectares, to stop all cutting out forests, to make public all agreements on the lease of forest areas.
All these requirements are justified by the fact that there are numerous facts of destruction of forests and shrubs in a number of regions of the country, which causes serious damage to the environment. -03D-
