A lawsuit on the chaining of a child has been initiated
Baku/22.08.19/Turan: The Baku city prosecutor"s office filed a lawsuit on the fact of chaining a child by mother in a rented apartment.
The investigation in this case began after the distribution in social networks of a photo of a boy chained to a window.
The mother of the child Ismayilova Shahan Maharramqizi was brought to justice. She is charged under the Article 145.2.3 (illegal imprisonment in relation to child) of the Criminal Code, press-release of the Prosecutor General"s Office.
When examining the scene, material evidence was seized, witnesses were identified and questioned, and medical and forensic examinations were ordered.
The necessary investigative and operational measures are ongoing, the press release said.
According to law enforcement sources, a native of the Yevlakh region, Ismayilova, leaving for work with her sister, chained her 9-year-old son to the window.
Mother explained that she did not because of the "not obedience" of the child. -06B--
