According to her, he called home last night and called the hooligan actions and resistance to police attributed to him false.
Khasmammadov does not have a lawyer. It is expected that on April 20 he will appear before the court for the selection of a preventive measure, as a suspect under Article 221 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. The Goychay police did not give any comments.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said Khasmammadov had violated the rules of traffic, and when his car was taken to a parking lot, he came to the traffic police and made a scandal there, "injuring three policemen."
Khasmammadov is a member of the Political Prisoners Protection Center. He was previously brought to criminal responsibility in connection with human rights activities. -06D-
