Baku/13.08.22/Turan: Sunny weather is expected in Baku and Absheron peninsula on Sunday, southeastern winds will blow, air temperatures will reach +24+28° at night and +37+39° during the day, National Hydro-meteorology Service of Azerbaijan reports.
The regions of Azerbaijan are expected to be mostly without precipitation, with a moderate east wind blowing.
Air temperature will reach +21+26° at night, +35+39° during the day, up to 41° in some places, +13+18° in the mountains at night, 22-27° during the day. -06В-

Today, on January 27, the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) begins. Last week, on January 21, a group of international human rights organizations called on PACE not to restore the mandate of Azerbaijan's delegation or to do so under "clear" conditions. In their letter to PACE, they wrote: "The increasing repression of civil society, independent media, and political dissidents in Azerbaijan violates the values of the Council of Europe. Azerbaijan persistently refuses to cooperate with international mechanisms and fails to address systematic human rights violations."

The certificates of plastic surgeons who have not submitted their documents to the Ministry of Health by January 31 will be annulled, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan announced on January 27.
