Baku/28.07.22/Turan:The miners of the Ministry of Emergency Situations defused one Grad 9m 22s shell without a warhead and one TAB-50 bomb on the territory of the village of Agdera in the Khizi region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said on Thursday.
The shells were seized for neutralization by employees of the Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. During additional searches at the scene and the surrounding area, no other dangerous items were found, the report said. --02D--

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
