Baku/26.04.21/Turan: The director of the Central District Hospital of the Neftchala District Elman Guliyev was brought to the investigation on suspicion of abuse of office. The hospital headed by Guliyev in 2020 did not accept patients with coronavirus for inpatient treatment; the director prepared a schedule of allowances for the salary of medical personnel, the message of the Prosecutor's Office of the Neftchala region.
As a result, Guliyev caused damage to the state in the amount of 25 thousand manats. A lawsuit against him was filed under Article 308.1 (abuse of office) of the Criminal Code.
