On Wednesday at the trial in the "Nardaran case" the deputy chairman of the "Muslim unity" Movement Abbas Huseynov declined the judge of Baku Serious Crimes Court Alovsat Abbasov. Lawyers for the accused supported the withdrawal. However, the prosecutor Nasib Bayramov opposed.
After the meeting the other two judges Eldar Mikayilov and Mahmoud Agalarov announced that the withdrawal was "not justified". The trial will continue on 28 November.
* Baku Serious Crimes Court in the case of 18 accused in the case is ongoing. Among them is the deputy chairman of APFP Fuad Gahramanli, who is accused of anti-state calls, inciting religious hatred, and calls for riots. In fact, Gahramanli wrote on his page in Facebook an appeal to the Nardaran residents, urging them to defend their rights.-36B-

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
