At trial on claim of Staff Kura representative of Ministry of Emergency Situations did not appear
Yesterday Baku Administrative Economic Court N 1 postponed the hearing on the claim from the civil society Staff Kura against the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
The reason was the failure of the MES representative to attend the hearing, Turan was told by the coordinator of Staff Kura Oktay Gyulalyev. He described the failure to attend the court as the MES evasion from providing responses to requests from Staff Kura on how the funds from the state budget were spent, i.e. 1.1 billion manat to eliminate the effects of the devastating Kura-Araz floods in the spring of 2010 and the Zagatala earthquake in 2012.
The next court date will be known after the presidential election.
Staff Kura filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Emergency Situations in connection with the refusal of the agency to respond to information requests from the specified structure.
The lawsuit requests imposing an obligation on the ministry to provide detailed answers to the requests of Staff Kura. -05D06-
