On the morning of 26th May, there was an attack on the regional reporter of Radio Azadlig, Elchin Ismayil in the village of Buynuz in the Ismayilli district.
According to the reporter, he arrived in the village following complaints of local residents.
After preparing the report, he was attacked by several people, who smashed his face and broke the camera.
The complaint of the villagers is that the restaurant built in the area uses drinking water, depriving the residents of basic amenities.
"This restaurant is owned by a man named Fazil Shafiyev and the attackers were employees of his restaurant," said the reporter.
