AZAL brings leading Chinese doctors to Baku
Baku/04.08.20/Turan: The national air carrier of Azerbaijan made an important flight on August 4, delivering a group of doctors and humanitarian cargo, consisting of medical equipment, from China to fight coronavirus disease in the country.
A group of leading Chinese specialists consisting of 10 people arrived in Baku on a special AZAL flight, the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines reported.
Highly qualified medical specialists will work together with Azerbaijani colleagues to prevent coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The AZAL plane also delivered medical equipment and medicines from China to the capital of Azerbaijan.
A direct flight of Azerbaijan Airlines from Chengdu (the capital of Sichuan province in southwestern China) to Baku lasted more than seven hours.-0-
