Azerbaijan Internet Forum (AIF) also speaks about the Armenian threat

Azerbaijan Internet Forum  (AIF) announced increasing danger to the activities of national information resources. This danger is associated with the intensity in the Armenian-Azerbaijani front, the report says that social organization.

Media structures having a real influence on public opinion will face  even more serious danger, says Internet forum.

War in recent years show that the opposite side make  incapable online resources and news portals of opponent. It is done to change the local and international public opinion in their favor. As an integral part of modern war, preparation for war and its information management has become a factor of great importance.

Currently, the Armenian side uses these techniques to the fullest. So, a few Internet resources of Azerbaijan were subjected to hacker attacks. Opponent  conduct an information war  against Azerbaijan system, skillfully manipulating the local and international public opinion.

"Therefore, the AIF considers it important to conduct daily safety monitoring  by relevant government agencies and private entities, as well as owners of national Internet resources. It is necessary to  control media traffic structures. "

In this respect, the AMF considers it advisable not only foreign, but and local hosting, in particular, Delta Telekom.
