Azerbaijan returns Armenian who crossed the front line
May 6, the Azerbaijani side returned a citizen Vaghif Maelyan to the Armenian side. The man born in 1956 crossed the front line near the village Abdurrahmanli of the Fizuli region on April 20.
As reported by the State Commission on Prisoners of War, the transfer took place through the mediation of Red Cross workers.
Under what circumstances Maelyan crossed the border has not been reported. Nor does the government state if he was a civil person or not. -02D-
