Border guards seized over 37 kg of drugs
Baku/10.04.23/Turan: Last weekend, Azerbaijani border guards found and seized more than 37 kg of drugs, the State Border Service said in a statement on April 10.
So, 15 kg 200 gr. of drugs were found and seized on April 8 in the official territory of the border guard "Gate" on the border with Iran.
On April 9, the border guards of this detachment, during a joint operation with Jalilabad police officers, detained a Prius car with residents of Sumgayit, Joshgun Askerkhanov and Murad Shahbazli.
Note that during the inspection of the car 22 kg 570 gr. of drugs were found. No names of the drugs are reported. Operational and investigative actions are ongoing on both facts. -05B06-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
