Baku / 02.10.19 / Turan: On the night of October 2, servicemen of the Azerbaijani border forces noticed three border violators near the village of Amirzeyitli of the Beylagan region, which is on the Azerbaijani-Iranian border.
The violators did not comply with the "Stop!" command, and having opened fire on the border guards, tried to leave towards Iran. In response, all three intruders were killed.
Upon examination of the killed offenders, a bag with 15 kg of various drugs, and a sawn-off shotgun with cartridges was found.
The identities of the violators are being established. Measures are being taken to investigate the incident.-02D-
