Ceremony in Baku on the occasion of the death of a French diplomat
French Embassy and the French Institute in Azerbaijan expressed deep condolences about the death of the French Embassy counselor for cooperation and culture, Ugh Baltsenzhen.
In 2002-2006, he worked as a cultural attaché, and since 2008, he worked as a counselor of the embassy.
The funeral of the deceased will take place on November 8 in the suburbs of the city of Metz Lonzhevil les Metz.
For remembrance the memory of Baltsenzhen a farewell ceremony will be held on November 10 at 16:00 in the Roman Catholic church in Baku. Those who wish can express their condolences to the memory book.—06D--
