Committee to Protect Hilal Mamedov claims about the threat of his life
The Committee to Protect Editor of Tolyshi Sado (Voice of the Talysh) Hilal Mamedov said the threat to his health and life.
The committee noted that 20 days ago in a barrack with Mamedov they put a prisoner with venereal diseases. His condition began to deteriorate rapidly, which began to disturb the prisoners. As a result, the patient was transferred to another place, but he managed to infect one of the prisoners.
Mamedov suffers from asthma and weak immunity and can also be infected.
Despite complaints from the prisoners, the second patient is not transferred to hospital.
Moreover, two days ago the first patient was also returned to the barrack. Currently Hilal Mamedov is located between two skin and venereal patients.
On June 25 there is to be held an examination of the appeal from Mamedov to the Supreme Court. For this reason, he was transferred to the detention center, but so far this has not been done.
The Committee believes that this is done intentionally to assassinate the health and life of Mamedov.
Our attempt to get comments from the Prison Service failed.
